Our Return Policy
You can easily return or exchange your purchase from brooksfield.com.au, for any reason within 30 days from purchase.
Before you return the items just check that the item(s) you are returning are:
- In perfect brand new condition
- Have swing tags and original packaging intact
We don't accept returns on worn, damaged or otherwise non saleable products. For a couple of extra dollars we recommend that you purchase the registered post option so that if your package goes missing you can track it down. (As you are the sender in this case we do not have the authority to track down the parcel).
How To Exchange Items
3 easy steps to return your order:
- Fill in the return form that came with your order and place with the item you wish to return.
- You will notice a pre-addressed sticky return label on the bottom of the returns form, simply peel this off and attach this to your securely packaged item. Remember to return the returns form with your package.
- Take it to the post office, for a couple of extra dollars we recommend getting the 'registered post' option over the counter at the post office. This is so that if your package goes missing you can track it down with registered post. (As you are the sender in this case we do not have the authority to track down the parcel). When your return arrives at our head office we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will then refund or exchange your order within 48 business hours of receiving it and send you another email to let you know. Your fund will then show up on your statement within 3-4 business days.
