Please use the following as a guide to help you decide which size is best for you.

Note: The values given vary between the actual garment measurements and body measurements. Actual garment measurements are given on the chest, waist and hem circumference of our business shirts so you can choose between the fit that is best for you (slim fit or original fit). For all other garments We recommend that you compare the measurements with your own body as a guide.

HOW TO MEASURE

1. Chest Circumference
Wrap the tape measure around your chest at the widest part Make sure you place the tape measure close up under your arms as well as checking that the tape is up at the back making a circle around your chest and over the shoulder blades.

2. Waist Circumference
Wrap the tape measure around the narrowest point of your natural waistline.

3. Hem Circumference
Wrap the tape measure around the widest point of your natural hipline.

4. Neck / Collar Circumference
Measuring your collar could not be easier; just measure around the base of your neck where the shirt collar would normally sit.

5. Actual Sleeve Length
You will need help from another person to do this measurement correctly. Measure from the centre of the back of your collar, over the top of your shoulder down to the point where you want the sleeve to end.
*Note always remember to slightly bend the elbow when measuring.

6. Actual Inleg
Measure from the top of the inside leg (at crotch) to the bottom of the trouser leg. Measuring from a trouser you already wear makes this easier to judge your preferred length.
