Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. This will be received on the date of purchase.
The confirmation email will only confirm the that your order has been placed and will not include an estimated time of delivery or a tracking number. A tracking number will only be received at the time of dispatch.
On the day of dispatch, you will receive an email confirming that your order has left our Victorian Warehouse. This email will contain a link to your tracking number.
• Orders can take between 1 – 3 business days to be dispatched.
• Orders are not dispatched over the weekend or Victorian public holidays.

What's your return policy?
You may return or exchange unworn, unwashed and unaltered items purchased from Brooksfield online within 30 days from date of purchase for an original payment refund.
If you believe you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please email us on email@example.com with the following information:
- The original order number & your current shipping address
- Photographs of the defective or damaged item
- Style number (this is located on back of care label)
We’ll respond as quickly as possible and do all that we can to right the situation for you.
Please note that we don’t accept returns of Brooksfield items purchased from third-party retailers (Myer, Harris Scarfe, etc.). Please contact the third-party retailer where you made your purchase directly for information on their return policy.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Simply post the item in a postal satchel bag or box within 30 days of purchase. Please include the completed returns/exchange form. Please keep your tracking number as a reference for all packages sent.
Note Brooksfield does not cover the cost of online returns/exchanges.
